The Saint Paul Art Crawl
The best part of spring is about to hit Lowertown Saint Paul... The Art Crawl! Visit me in my studio, #411 of the JAX building: Friday April 27th 6-10pm Saturday April 28th noon-8pm Sunday
April 29th noon-5pm The $5 Scratch and Dent poster pile has grown due to some of my bad packing techniques
on my recent visit to Savannah Georgia. Plus many new prints, and even a $1 per ticket raffle to win one of my 16 color Artcrank
prints. It's going to be a great weekend!

Multifaceter opens tonight!
After a grueling schedule for over the last month, the work is finally complete, and tonight is the opening reception of
my solo show, Multifaceter. From 7-10pm join the party at Big Table Studio in downtown Saint Paul and see among other things, the largest drawing I have ever created. Plus, my friend Ben Weaver will be playing a set of music for us.

April is loaded with events!
1) I am having
a spring cleaning sale April 1st -3rd in my Etsy store and the DWITT Market. NOJOKE is the coupon code to get 25% off your entire order in both online shops. Some items will be additionally marked

2) My studio will be open during April's Lowertown First Friday
event on April 6th from 6-10pm. I'm in studio #411 of the JAX building. The $5 Scratch & Dent poster pile will be freshly
stocked.
3) Occupying a great deal of my time is preparing for my first solo show in 4 years, titled 'Multifaceter' and opening on Friday, April 13th at Big Table Studio in downtown Saint Paul. A whole lot of new work will be on display, paintings drawings, and prints, plus the evening
will feature a performance by my friend Ben Weaver. I hope to see a lot of you there.
4) the annual bike themed print show Artcrank opens on April 14th, and I will have a brand new print on display there as well. I am also going for the Artcrank record
for most colors used in a print. I am hoping to pull off 15 colors.
5) Record Store Day is happening
on April 21st, and a large celebration I am part of is happening at Hymie's Vintage Records at 3820 E Lake St. in MPLS. The party will feature a marching band, a dozen bands performing on stages indoors and out,
a beer garden, and local artists, including myself, with tables displaying and selling their wares. Its free and will be enormously
fun, so there is no excuse not to go and support a locally owned independent record store.

Finally, the Saint Paul Art Crawl is April 27-28-29, and I will be in my studio, #411 in the JAX bulding, for all three days. My wife Nikki's work will
also be on display and for sale, along with my studio mate, Jeff Nelson, and his work

Multifaceter
There is constant activity in my studio
these days. One of the numerous things keeping me busy is creating the work for my first solo exhibition in 4 years titled
'Multifaceter'. Friday, April 13th is the opening reception at Big Table Studio in downtown Saint Paul, and I even got my friend Ben Weaver to play a set for us. I hope you all can make it, and that you enjoy this new body of work.

Northern Brewer & Bandwagon
I am on the road this weekend! On March 3rd & 4th I will be in beautiful Savannah, Georgia for Bandwagon , a music/poster art/vinyl festival. I'll have loads of posters and prints & its free to attend, so if you're around
the south coast, you should go. Fresh from my printing table is a poster advertising a home brewing kit
that is put together by the fine folks at Northern Brewer. I won't be selling any copies, so if you're interested, visit their store or stay tuned to their website.

Winter Carnival & The Beer Dabbler
Saturday, Jan 28th, is a big day for the Silver City of Saint Paul, and I have a part to play in two of the big
events. Starting at 2pm is the Winter Carnival Parade, and yours truly will be riding in it as the Button
Designer. My wife and I will wave with enthusiasm at all parade-goers. After that is the Beer
Dabbler in the Farmers Market in Lowertown, where I will drink as many different kinds of beers as I can along with a few
thousand other like-minded folks. My screenprinted posters for the event will be available at the merch booth for $15, rolled
in tubes and ready for you to take them home. On Sunday when I've recovered from all of the fun, the prints will be available HERE in the DWITT Market. Stay warm and safe everyone, and I'll see you out & about in Saint Paul!

MIX, Screens 'n Suds, Last Words
This weekend in Minneapolis,
I am a proud exhibitor at this year's Minneapolis Indie Expo, or MIX for short. From 10 am -5pm on November 5th & 6th, come to the Soap Factory and relish in a smorgasborg of independent comics! It's completely free to attend, though I do encourage you to
bring money to buy some work from the dozens and dozens of exhibitors. I will be at booth #29, stop buy and say 'HOWDY!' for
a free mini art print!
This weekend I also have a print debuting in Richmond Virginia at the annual Screens 'n Suds event, which benefits MS research. I call my print Beer in Cinema, and will go on sale Monday, Nov 7th in the DWITT Market.

A whole lotta printing goin' on
The ink has been getting thrown around a lot lately here at DWITT HQ, and I've still got a few prints to go before
I can take a break. I'll post release info for each print as the time comes, but for now I can at least show you the stuff
I've been working on... but before I do that, a couple other things Louie The Loon is now online on his fourth adventure over at Heavy Table. The response has been great, and its looking like there will be many more. Thank you kind folks. As a result of all of this
work, I have been neglecting my DWITT Dailys duties. I'll try to get back to them as soon as I can. Now, on to some images...

Crawling All Over the Place
It's a big weekend in the Twin Cities... and unfortunately I won't be around to enjoy it. I'll be up in North Dakota
where I am VERY pleased to once again be a guest artist at Minot State University's NOTSTOCK event. I'll be screenprinting a brand new print in my Last Words series, talking about my work, probably do some
drawing, and having a fine time with the good folks at MSU. Back here in the Twin Cities two big events
are going on: The Saint Paul Art Crawl! My studio in #411 of the JAX bulding WILL be open, helmed by my lovely wife Nikki, who will also have some
of her work up for display and for sale. Hours are 6-10pm on Friday Oct 7th, noon-8 on Saturday Oct 8th, and noon-5 on Sunday
Oct 9th. I might be home in time on Sunday to catch the tail end of the crawl, and also to see how well Saint Paul is recovering
from hosting its first... ZOMBIE PUB CRAWL! Look for my map in the centerfold of this week's print edition of Vita.MN, and my posters for this years crawl will be available
for sale online on Oct 10th. ...brains..... Have a great weekend everyone!

All Kinds of Goings On
- Hopefully you made it out to the fantastic annual event that is the Twin Cities Zinefest. I was there with many many many other exhibitors, all of us swimming together in an ocean of creativity and productivity.
There was a lot to digest, and you can bet I'll be back next year. - The Zombie Pub Crawl is back, and once again, I've created the poster for this years event, and am hard at work on a two page map of the
undead hootenanny. ...Brains....

Heavy Table
Today is
the debut of my food review comic strip, Louie The Loon: A Foodie Cartoon, over at the wonderful website Heavy Table. This will be exclusive
content for them, and I've signed up to do 8 comics which will appear bi-weekly. If you enjoy them (which I certainly hope
that you do), let the folks at Heavy Table know it so after the first 8 I can produce many more for them. As you may know
from reading my DWITT Dailys strips, I enjoy eating
and preparing food and then drawing about it. Also, a big thanks to everyone who took part in my 7 Year Anniversary of Self

7 Years.

of me making the leap to becoming a full time artist. I'm still afloat even after the last couple years of a lousy economy,
