Hello everyone.  How has your summer been treating you?  Mine has been a blur of wedding planning, and the big day is fast approaching for me and my fiance.  What originally started as a small wedding has grown wild, like the tomato plants in my garden, and we now have ourselves a BIG wedding.  So, despite saying I wouldn't, I am having ONE MORE ONE DAY SALE.  Working in the same fashion as last time, on Thursday August 19th, everything in my DWITT ETSY.com store will have reduced prices.  You all will have the opportunity to snag some of my rare and/or original artwork at a great price, and I can pay for my weddding.    Last night was the release show for Rogue Valley's 'Summer' themed album, and my poster for the event is now on sale HERE in my website.

  There is an annual event on a cable TV network called 'Shark Week', and its happening right now. The fact that it coincides with International Canned Beer Month makes it even better.  To celebrate this joyous time, I am having a week long sale on my 'Chum Fiesta' shark themed art print.    Hello everyone!  This week marks the return of my much anticipated and celebrated One Day Sale. On Thursday June 17th, every item in my Etsy Store will be marked down to sale prices. This is a rare opportunity to acquire some of my original artwork for bargain prices, not to forget prints and posters! All purchases will be shipped by the following Monday, and this will be the ONLY one day sale I will be having this year. 

    Put a couple bucks aside and start browsing which items you want to pick up now, as they sell quickly. On Thursday, set your alarm clock a couple minutes early, and take advantage of my One Day Sale!

  I am proud to present my 400th career gigposter. Its for hip hop heavyweight Del the Funky Homosapien and his performance at the Twin Cities own hip hop festival, Soundset! The poster will go on sale HERE in my shop on Tuesday, June 1st!  It's a big one at 19 x 25 inches, and I am very happy with how it turned out.

And last night was a fantastic evening at the Fitzgerald Theater.  Chris Koza and crew put on a magical performance, and already I am eagerly awaiting, to hear and create a poster for, Rogue Valley's summer album. 

Two events coming up this Saturday!

Chris Koza's new project Rogue Valley plays at the Fitzgerald Theater! This is the first of four posters I will be creating for Chris over the course of this year. This poster will be available for purchase at the show and through Chris' website. I won't have any copies of my own to sell. 

 

 Also on saturday is the grand opening of this year's Artcrank bicycle themed print show. Here is my print, titled  'The Beginning', which is based on my own first tricycle. Copies will be available for sale at the opening in Shelter Studios.  I will have copies for sale in my Shop on April 11th.

 

On May 8th at Nicademus Art and Framing in Saint Paul, Christopher Bowman and I have a brand new art exhibit opening. We have titled it 'Gone Bye Bye', the opening night is sponsored by Pabst Blue Ribbon and will  feature a live performance by my good friends 20 Dollar Love. There will be lots of new work from both of us, both individually and collaboratively. A poster and postcard to promote this event are coming soon.

 The Spring Saint Paul Art Crawl is also coming up soon. April 23-24-25. I will, as always, be hanging out at the Back Alley Gallery all weekend. I'll have prints, paintings, beer and laughs in abundance.  Join us for a great weekend in Saint Paul!
